Zymactive is a unique enzyme complex that is more than twice as potent in protein digesting activity as the leading brand. PeptizymeSP, a proprietary enzyme referred to as the silk worm enzyme has a more powerful and broader pH stability than chymotrypsin and trypsin. It has been used in Europe and Japan for more than 25 years for inflammation, post-surgical swelling, carpal tunnel syndrome, and ear, nose, and throat disorders, with good clinical research behind it.

Ingredients

Each tablet contains:

Pancreatin 8X* .....................................................................100 mg
Papain 30,000 USP/mg ..........................................................60 mg
Peptizyme SP^® 200,000 SPU/g (Serratia Peptidase) ...........26 mg
Bromelain 1,200 MCU/g..........................................................25 mg
* 8 times more concentrated than USP standard.
USP (United States Pharmacopeia), SPU (Specialty Peptidase Unit), MCU (milk clotting unit).

Recommended Adult Dose

For digestive support: 1- 2 tablets with meals.
For anti-inflammatory and immune function: 1- 2 tablets, 3-5 times daily on an empty stomach with water or juice; or as directed by a health care practitioner. Keep out of the reach of children.

Children

Suitable for children at one-half the adult dosage.

Pregnancy

As the effects of enzyme preparations during pregnancy and lactation have not been sufficiently evaluated, it should not be used during these times unless directed to do so by a health care practitioner.
