Feature Summary

Complete Megazyme tablets contain a spectrum of enzymes, from vegetarian sources, to assist and enhance normal digestion. They help to mobilize and expel harmful products from the body. This process occurs at the cellular level, in organs, and in various systems of the body.

Amylase: breaks down carbohydrates and sugars, and is a replacement for pancreatic enzymes.

Papain: from papaya, is similar to chymotrypsin and helps the body to digest proteins, fats and sugars. Papain also helps to kill parasites.

Betaine Hydrochloride: added to create a favourable digestive environment in the stomach by raising stomach acid levels.

Bromelain: isolated from the stem of the pineapple plant, aids in digestion by breaking down protein, and improves nutrient absorption. Bromelain is a good substitute for the enzymes pepsin and trypsin. Bromelain's other health benefits include aiding weight loss and improving blood vessel and joint inflammation.

Recommended Adult Dose

1 tablet, 3 times daily, preferably 1 with each meal or as directed by a health care practitioner. Keep out of the reach of children.
