Feature Summary
Echinamide Sore Throat Relief Throat Lozenges with Zinc are an easy and delicious way to soothe a sore and irritated throat due to cold or flu. The lozenges combine the cold-fighting and immune-enhancing properties of zinc, Echinacea purpurea and vitamin C.
Zinc's ability to prevent or counteract infections has made zinc lozenges a valued supplement at the first signs of a cold or sore throat. A recent double-blind clinical trial showed that zinc gluconate lozenges reduced the duration of the common cold and halved the number of days that cold symptoms were present.
Echinamide echinacea stimulates the immune system into action and works in directly killing pathogens. This is especially helpful at the first sign of a cold or flu.
Vitamin C's antioxidant effects support the immune system and may shorten the duration and severity of a cold. For full health benefit, dissolve the naturally flavoured wafer in your mouth.
