Recommended Adult Dose

Start with 1–2 softgels per meal and slowly build up to the recommended dose of 3–6 softgels per meal. For best results take WellBetX PGX Ultra Matrix Softgels Plus Mulberry before meals with a glass of water (250 mL) or as directed by a health care practitioner. Keep out of the reach of children.

Contraindications

• If taking medication, take it 1 hour prior or 2 hours after products with PGX.

Additional Information

Children: Softgels should not be taken by children under 6 or any children who have trouble swallowing capsules. Always insist that older children drink at least 200 mL (4 ounces) of water per softgel taken.

Pregnancy and Nursing: Although fibres are considered safe in pregnancy and lactation, the PGX softgels also contain mulberry extract. As the effects of mulberry extract have not been sufficiently evaluated it is best if pregnant and lactating women do not take PGX softgels.
