Feature Summary
This formula is designed to provide a broad spectrum of phytonutrients, vitamins, minerals, trace minerals, enzymes, essential fatty and other nutritional factors. Many of these essential elements play an important role in a preventive health program, while boosting energy and supporting the body's systems. Enriching Greens is a well-balanced phytonutrient formula that nourishes, energizes, cleanses and acts as a whole body tonic.
Sometimes eating all the fruits and vegetables that you should can be challenging. This formula is specifically to supplement your daily intake of fresh greens in a delicious drink powder. One serving of Enriching Greens is equal to more than 5 to 10 cups of mixed salad.
2 scoops (8.8 g) of Enriching Greens contain 3500 mg organic alfalfa, barley and wheat grass juice powder. Lycopene, cranberry juice extract, rosehips, grapeseed phytosomes and soya extract add additional antioxidant power to Enriching Greens. Research suggests that lycopene is helpful for the prostate, has anticancer properties, and is one of the most powerful antioxidants for the cardiovascular system. Dandelion root and milk thistle phytosome give extra support to the liver and thyroid gland.
Acidophilus (L. rhamnosus), bromelain and apple pectin work together with the chlorophyll plant enzymes and fibre to enhance digestion. The acidophilus is in a base of FOS (fructooligosaccharides), naturally-occurring compounds that increase the amount of friendly bacteria in the digestive tract. PGX is also included which serves as a prebiotic. This helps ensure the probiotics in this formula have the best chance possible to colonize as well as providing extra fibre, something that everyone could use a little more of in their diet.
Health-enhancing soya lecithin is an excellent emulsifier, improving the solubility of green foods in solution. Lecithin also provides a good source of choline, helpful to the nervous system and liver. Lecithin also aids in the proper digestion and absorption of essential fats and fat-soluble vitamins.
Freeze-dried mango, blackcurrant and stevia make it taste delicious as well as contributing enzymes to aid digestion. Carrot juice powder and beet root extract offer more antioxidant carotenoids, helpful to prevent chronic disease.

To ensure optimum freshness, keep product away from heat and humidity and store in the refrigerator after opening.
Contraindications
- A clinical study on original formula Enriching Greens showed no reported incidences of a drug interaction with the supplemental intake.
- However, Enriching Greens contains concentrated amounts of dark green foods known to be rich in vitamin K, suggesting that it may potentially interact with anticoagulant medications such as warfarin (Coumadin) and reduce their effectiveness.
- However this hypothesis would have to be confirmed by further studies since Enriching Greens also contains other blood thinning phytochemicals that may nullify any vitamin K effects.
- Some botanicals such as ginkgo may also interact with anticoagulant or antiplatelet-aggregating drug therapy.
- Those persons on these medications should consult their health care practitioner prior to use.
Drug Interactions
Children: Suitable for use in children at one-half the adult dose.
Pregnancy and Nursing: Due to lack of studies and the inclusion of standardized herbal extracts, it is not recommended for use during pregnancy and lactation unless directed by a health care practitioner.
Seniors: No special precautions known. If on anticoagulant medications (blood thinners, warfarin, Coumadin) discuss with you health care practitioner prior to use.
